Silverbrooke is a large residential development project of 222 homes in Wellington's northern suburb of Whitby. It's a project designed with a real vision for community and the natural environment.

I was approached to develop the destination brand and marketing. The task was to identify and elevate the marketing opportunities to successfully sell the project in a way that maximised value in an increasingly competitive market situation.
